About GaiaX
What exactly is GaiaX?
GaiaX is an art and technology education pathway platform. We guide students from early creative education through portfolios, research, competitions and university applications, and onwards into internships and first careers. We are part of the TAFA education family.
How is GaiaX different from an agency?
Agencies sell outcomes they cannot control. We build capabilities and evidence: real projects, real portfolios, real competition records. Our promise is the quality of the work, never the decision of an admissions office.
How is GaiaX related to Tree Art, Futurum Academy and AK Robotics?
We are one family. The sister schools build abilities — creative, technical, competitive. GaiaX connects those abilities into portfolios, competitions, applications and careers. Students move between us without starting over.
Choosing & fees
Do you guarantee university admission?
No — and we would encourage you to be careful with anyone who does. What we do promise: honest advice, a clear plan, visible milestones, and work strong enough to speak for itself.
How much do programs cost?
Programs are tailored to each student's starting point, goals and timeline, so we discuss fees in your consultation once we understand what your child needs. No obligation comes with asking.
What's included in a program?
Every program publishes its structure before you commit: mentor-led sessions, studio or lab time, weekly critique, published milestones, and the deliverables listed on each program page. In your consultation you'll get that structure — and the fees — in writing, so you can compare us calmly with anyone else.
Is there a trial class?
Yes — every age group can book a free trial class before committing to anything. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a slot at the campus that suits you.
What age can my child start?
The pathway starts as early as age three through our partner brands, and GaiaX programs begin from around age ten. It is never too early to ask — and rarely too late to start.
How do I know which program fits my child?
Start with a consultation. We look at your child's age, interests and existing work, then map a pathway — sometimes that starts with one of our programs, sometimes with a partner brand.
Can my child join partway through a term?
Often, yes — programs run on rolling and seasonal starts depending on the pathway. The consultation will give you the next realistic start date, not a sales date.
The experience
How will I know how my child is progressing?
Every program runs on published milestones. You receive progress and work-in-progress updates at each stage, so the answer is never a mystery.
Are programs in person or online?
The studio work happens at our two Singapore campuses — that's where the culture lives. Some programs, like AI Research and the University & Career Pathway, also support remote participation. Ask us what fits your situation.
What language are programs taught in?
English is the teaching language. Our team also works comfortably in Mandarin, so parents can discuss their child's pathway in either language.
Where are you located?
Two Singapore campuses: The Heeren on Orchard Road, and Goldhill Plaza. Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday, 1:30pm to 7:30pm, and 9:30am to 7:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
