Ages 18+
Career
University, used well.
Ages 18+
This stage
Admission is not the finish line — it opens four years that decide the first career. Through the University & Career Pathway, students use those years deliberately: academic footing first, then competitions and industry projects, and a final year prepared for either exit — first job or Master's. Open to any university student, from Year 1.
Milestones of this stage
- Academic footing: courses chosen well, writing that holds up
- A competition and project record built across the middle years
- A completed industry project with written feedback
- A prepared exit: first role earned, or a Master's application ready
Life at this stage

Rhythm, calendar, your role, what comes next — one panel, no wall of text.
- Semester-paced: modules fit around university workload, not against it
- The free virtual work experience stays the open front door
- Weekly written feedback whenever a project module is running
- Coaching intensity rises towards each exit — hiring seasons or application deadlines

Questions at this age
What parents ask about this stage.
How is this different from a school internship program?
School placements are usually observation-shaped. This pathway is production-shaped: a scoped brief, weekly review, and a deliverable a company actually uses. The difference shows up in interviews — 'I watched' and 'I built' answer very different questions.
Can this run alongside university applications or first-year studies?
Yes — it's designed for exactly those windows: application season, the wait after submission, or early university holidays. The 8–12 week shape fits them, and the outcome strengthens whichever door opens next.
Is this only for GaiaX alumni?
No. The University & Career Pathway takes new students directly, at any university year — the free virtual experience is an open front door from sixteen up.
Is it remote or in person?
Project work is remote-friendly; coaching happens at our Singapore campuses or online, depending on where the student studies.
Does it lead to a job?
It leads to evidence — a finished project, a sharper CV, practised interviews. We prepare students to earn offers; we don't place them or promise them. The offer itself is always the student's to win.
